We’re thinking spring! Why not have a day out and join us at our Spring Luncheon? Steve Mathews will do the cooking while you relax and chat with friends. You’ll dine on delicious potato leek soup accompanied by corn muffins. The second course is a succulent spring greens salad featuring fresh strawberries, almonds, feta cheese, and chicken with balsamic vinaigrette accompanied by baguettes and herbal butter. Kathy Mathews will demonstrate how to enhance your potted plants with dried botanicals, taking them from “lovely” to “stunning!” The event ends with one of Steve’s fabulous dessert creations: a fruit layered pound cake with chocolate ganache and a dollop of whipped cream. This is one luncheon you won’t want to miss!
