Painted Stacked Pumpkins

A NEW workshop!!!! Michigan artist, Renee Brennan will guide you in painting a stack of three pumpkins with bittersweet wrapped around the pumpkins on a 26 1/2" wide x 38“ tall, vintage screen. Painting on screens originated 100 years ago in Baltimore, Maryland’s roadhouses. They served as privacy, and a way to define your home. This is a version of an urban folk art tradition. Hang your screen on a wall, lay next to your corn stalks on your porch, or lean next to your door. All supplies will be provided. All levels of painters welcome.
