Christmas Brunch Tea
Thyme Out! Treat yourself or a friend to a RELAXING HOLIDAY BRUNCH served on lovely miss-matched china! We’ll delight you with home-made lemon-blueberry and cranberry-orange scones, along with lemon curd and mock Devonshire cream. The main course will consist of chilled fruit, warm candied carrots, and smoked bacon basil quiche. Choose from hot herbal, green, and/or flavored black tea to sip from a delicate china cup while you enjoy your meal. Round out the meal with a decadent dessert of chocolate mousse, layered with berries and cake. This year Kathy Mathews will demonstrate how to create and display a variety of wreaths using honeysuckle, faux greens, salal, and more! Wreaths can be hung on a wall or placed on the table as a centerpiece.
